Order Early Benefits
By placing your order early you will have a full selection of all our titles. We will process your order and store it and dispatch it to you when you request it. The benefit of this to you is that you need not pay until the order is received by you.
The minimum order value is $250. Quantities can be as low as 12 per order for expensive items to 100 for budget items.
Simply contact us and we will arrange for your local agent to make an appointment with you to show you our quality range of calendars and promotional products.
Mix & Match
Select two or more titles with the same template size and position and we'll give you a competitive price for volume. Minimum quantities per title apply.
Multiple Advertising Copies
This offers companies who have multiple divisions within their group, the flexibility to select a product and have multiple overprint variations on that product.
Production will begin immediately upon the receipt of a signed order, where a proof is requested production will begin when this is approved. Production time is on average 4-6 weeks per order. This time frame may vary depending on the time of year and is subject to stock availability.
Prices are quoted to one address mentioned on your order. We can also split your delivery by quantity and location: whatever you require to make it easier. Goods are dispatched by Courier. A tracking number can be provided to assist in assessing delivery times of an order.
We have several options available to suit your convenience. Accounts can be paid by:
- Directly into our account via internet banking
- Visa or Mastercard (Please note: this option incurs a 3% surcharge).
Our artwork services
We can produce your advert artwork for you. You should supply a rough layout sketch, with colours specified, along with any logos or special matter required. Digital files are preferred, but we may be able to work from samples of existing printed matter.
Each title carries a template size; these are the advert dimensions. If you supply your own artwork, we can re-size it to fit different template sizes.
We print to your Pantone instructions or to a colour sample that you supply (special colours may be simulated through the CMYK process). Prices on request.
Creating your own Artwork
We can produce from these professional grade artworking applications: Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign. Please use the generic file format. Convert to paths or outlines otherwise supply all fonts. Alternatively, you may supply files as editable eps or print ready pdf with fonts embedded. When supplying your artwork, please specify the application used and create artwork to the actual template size of the advert area.
Logos should be supplied in the generic file format of the application, or as editable eps or print ready pdf files. Only supply raster images such as tiff or jpeg if they are for reproduction in a single colour or four-colour process. If you have an image or complex logo we will need a colour-accurate proof. We will produce your artwork from these for your approval. Prices on request.
Sending Your Artwork
Always send hard copy with discs or a low resolution composite with emails. Any text not converted to paths or outlines must have fonts supplied. We can accept CD, DVD and USB flash drive. Files can also be transmitted by email. Please speak to your sales contact for details.
Our full proofing service will enable you to check your advert details before we manufacture your goods (where straight repeats are concerned and a signed proof from the previous year is supplied, we will not proof unless specified).
